Since this is not really a BACC, I'll write down some of my rules. Or guidelines :D

I started with 4 families. What I have in common with a BACC is that we'll have a mayor here and the other households do pay taxes (10% of the household funds). My gameplay is heavily inspired by other Simmers and I love BACCs. I just didn't find any rules that completly match my style of gameplay. And since I want to have fun, I arranged my own rules. I don't enjoy own businesses too much. There will be some businesses, but there will also be Maxis Careers.
To unlock an career there has to be a community lot where the Sims can "work". With the Town Hall some Sims can work in Politics, with a School Sims can work as a teacher or with a Police Station they can work in Law Enforcement. How many Sims can work there depends on the lot and how many workplaces there are. Community lots can be bought by private households or by the town. So: taxes --> more money --> more community lots --> more jobs --> more money...
I don't want my Sims to become rich too easy so I have some mods to prevent that. Sims do not get 20.000§ out of nowhere when moving out nor will there be inheritance when a Sim dies. I also have a mod for lower income for Maxis careers.

I play with ACR, aspirations or gender pref are rolled randomly. Each household will be played for one season, then I'll switch to the next family.

Yay another sort-of-BACC! It's fun to see how everyone tweaks things to suit their own preferences, that's what makes this game great!
